Ingredients :
50 ml Cachaça Delicana Ouro30 ml of fresh passion fruit juice
20 ml simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar )
20 ml Tahitian lemon juice
10 ml egg white (optional , for consistency )
Cubed ice
passion fruit seeds and a mint leaf for decoration
Preparation method :
Add cachaça , passion fruit juice , sugar syrup , lemon juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker .Shake vigorously (dry shake ) for 10 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg whites .
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cool .
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or chilled glass filled with ice .
Decorate with some passion fruit seeds and a mint leaf .
A tropical drink , typical of Brazil !
