Cachaça and Tonic Ingredients:

50 ml Cachaça Delicana Prata
150 ml dry tonic water
1 slice of Tahitian lemon
3 large ice cubes
1 small sprig of rosemary (optional, for flavor)
Preparation method:

Place the ice cubes in a long glass.
Return the Delicana Prata Cachaça.
Top up with dry tonic water.
Stir gently with a ballerina spoon.

Gourmet Caipirinha Ingredients:

60 ml Cachaça Delicana 44 Silver
1/2 lemon (cut into thin slices)
20 ml Demerara sugar syrup
crushed ice
lemon zest for garnish
Preparation method:

Put the lemon slices and the sugar syrup into a low glass.
Mash gently to extract the juice and oils from the lemon peel.
Add crushed

FRUITY-EXOTIC

Tropical Sour Ingredients:

50 ml Cachaça Delicana Ouro
30 ml fresh passion fruit juice
20 ml simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar)
20 ml Tahitian lemon juice
10 ml egg white (optional, for consistency)
cubed ice cream
passion fruit seeds and a mint leaf for decoration

Preparation method:

Add cachaça, passion fruit juice, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously (dry shake) without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg whites.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cool.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice or a chilled glass.
Decorate with some passion fruit seeds and a mint leaf.
